PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT permitted to place any signs in our yards in Brittany Hills, other than For Sale signs.
No protest signs, even of Longmeadow Toll Bridge.
Please cooperate! We have to answer to all complaints of the signs, send a violation letter, follow up to see if sign is removed, then send another letter with a fine if it is not...and then remove it ourselves. This is a LOT to ask of your volunteer board!
You have the right to create a petition and get a majority vote together to allow the signs. We would then have to have a special meeting and pay the lawyer to have an amendment added. Otherwise they are restricted by the covenants. Willoughby can have them, but we cannot!

2015 ASSESSMENT FEES WERE DUE BY MARCH 1
If you have not paid your Assessment Fees, you are now delinquent, and your 2nd Notice includes a late fee. Failure to remit payment within 30 days of that notice will result in further collection action, penalties & potential for a lien placed on your home.
